This solution consists of a form that allows you to link MS SQL tables in just 2 steps:
- Add a table as a source
- Choose the MS SQL server (provide the server name to connect to) and enter logon credentials
- Select the database with the tables
- Select the table to explore
- Click export to download the data into a comma separated CSV file
- Select a table
- Choose an output location
- Hit export

First enable content
Enter a MS SQL Server name to connect to plus logon credentials
Click list databases to view the list of repositories
Double click a database to view the list of tables
Double click a table to preview the top 100 rows and decide if this is the data you need
Click create linked SQL table to add the table as a source
Select the source table, click in location to choose an output folder and press export
The data is now available in an easy to use comma separated CSV file
